Membership & Subscription Policy

The Creatopia Membership is a flexible monthly subscription priced at $24.94 per month, giving you unlimited access to our full library of editing tools. This includes both publicly available bundles and exclusive V.I.P. content available only to active members.

Membership tools are compatible with major editing platforms, including Lightroom (mobile and desktop), Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and others. New assets are added on an ongoing basis and are automatically included in your membership at no additional cost.

Free Trial Terms

We occasionally offer a 30-day free trial as part of limited-time promotions. These may be presented during or after checkout, in welcome emails, or through social media channels such as Instagram. If you begin a trial, you will receive full access to all membership content for 30 days at no cost. Billing will begin automatically on day 31 unless canceled before the trial period ends. Trials are optional and can be skipped or declined during checkout.

Billing and Payments

Memberships renew monthly and are billed automatically through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure your billing details are accurate and up to date to prevent payment issues or access interruptions. If a payment fails, our system may attempt to retry before pausing access to your account.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, either use your customer dashboard (if available) or email us at help@creatopia.us. Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following cycle. Once canceled, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing and Feature Updates

We may periodically update membership features or pricing. If a change occurs, you will be notified in advance. Any new pricing will only apply to future billing cycles. If you do not wish to continue under the updated terms, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
