1. Digital Product Delivery and Licensing
All products offered through Creatopia are delivered as non-tangible digital downloads. No physical goods will be shipped. When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Commercial use may be permitted in specific cases where indicated, such as client projects or social media content. Redistribution, reselling, sublicensing, file sharing, bundling, or publishing of our digital assets is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in revoked access and legal action.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate, non-reversible nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed, opened, or downloaded. 3. Subscriptions and Membership Terms
If you enroll in a subscription or membership with Creatopia, you acknowledge that recurring billing will occur at the stated interval unless canceled prior to renewal. The standard plan is billed at $24.94 monthly. Free trials, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. 4. Account Access and Download Availability
Download access is provided immediately after purchase through the confirmation page and via email. Access may be time-limited in the case of limited promotions. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up any downloads, as we cannot guarantee continued access once a promotion has ended or after an extended period of time.

5. Acceptable Use and Platform Conduct
By using Creatopia, you agree not to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity. This includes tampering with site functions, attempting unauthorized access, data scraping, or submitting false claims. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone found violating our terms or attempting to exploit our systems.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital content, site branding, written materials, product assets, code, design, and downloadable tools are the exclusive property of Creatopia and its content licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our intellectual property without express written permission, except as explicitly permitted within your license.

All products and services provided by Creatopia are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility across all devices, software versions, or creative outcomes. By purchasing and using our products, you agree that Creatopia shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or digital assets, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or misapplication.
