At Creatopia, we specialize in digital content, which is delivered instantly upon purchase. As a result, our return and refund policy differs from physical goods stores and follows industry standards for digital products.


Digital Product Policy

Because all items are non-tangible digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once files have been accessed or downloaded.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and compatibility details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to help@creatopia.us prior to checking out.


Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same item

  • You received the wrong file or bundle

  • You experienced a technical issue we were unable to resolve

If any of the above apply, please email help@creatopia.us within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue so our team can review and respond accordingly.


European Union Customers

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to a 14-day cancellation period for digital goods only if the download or access has not yet occurred. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, your right to cancel is waived as per EU law.


Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the funds. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at help@creatopia.us.
