At CreaTopia, we specialize in digital content that is delivered instantly upon purchase. As a result, our refund policy reflects the standards for non-tangible goods and may differ from traditional return policies for physical items.
Digital Product Policy
All products sold are non-tangible digital assets and are delivered immediately upon successful checkout. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once files have been accessed or delivered.

Refund Exceptions
While all sales are final, we may issue a refund at our discretion in certain situations. These include duplicate charges for the same item, receiving the incorrect file or product bundle, or encountering a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please email help@creatopia.us within 30 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue so that our team can review it promptly.
European Union Customers
If you reside in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period for digital goods — but only if the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded. Once a download or access has occurred, your right to cancel is waived under EU consumer law.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will return the funds to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process and post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and you have not received the funds, please contact us at help@creatopia.us.
