All products offered through Creatopia are delivered as non-tangible digital assets. No physical goods are shipped. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use unless otherwise noted in the product description. 2. Refund Policy

3. Subscriptions and Membership Terms
If you enroll in a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize billing at the stated interval unless canceled before renewal. The current standard plan is billed at $24.94 per month. Trial plans will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the end of the trial. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting help@creatopia.us.

4. Account Access and Download Availability
Download access is available immediately after purchase via confirmation page and email. For limited-time offers or promotional bundles, access may be time-restricted. We recommend saving your assets after purchase, as long-term file availability is not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable Use and Platform Conduct
By using Creatopia, you agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful activity. This includes tampering with site functionality, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, or submitting false refund claims. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these terms.
